Reaction time is the difference in time between the starting signal (gun) and an athlete moving.

Why improve your reaction time?

Reactions are very important in all sports but especially sprinting when getting a good start and reacting to the starting signal could be the difference between winning or losing, getting a personal best time or not?

How to do improve your reactions?

There are many ways to improve your reactions and the first one is very simple. All you need is two people and a £1 coin.
